Solving Spaceflight Challenges and Enabling Advanced Capabilities
I am an Aerospace Engineer whose career has focused on applying metrics and trade studies to solving and optimizing complex aerospace challenges. I have contributed to the Space Shuttle Program, defense programs, spacecraft engineering, space mission design, engineering management, and business development.
As an aerospace engineer, I have provided insight to organizations of all sizes, including NASA, the U.S. military, established companies, and startups, enabling them to develop the next generation of aerospace capabilities. I believe that the future of aerospace is bright as mankind seeks to travel around the world faster, explore our solar system further, and ensure defensive capability.
I have experience taking ideas from concept to completion. My Systems Engineering experience focuses on implementing designs, including working with requirements, developing and executing tests, and documentation. My primary focus is on space mission design and analysis, but I also have spacecraft design experience.
For information about the areas I specialize in, my Capabilities page highlights my experience.
Information on some of the solutions I have enabled is detailed in my Portfolio, which provides descriptions of current and past projects.
I have made some Research contributions to propagate new ideas and solutions.
A final word
I believe that as more organizations achieve success with space-based assets, the future of spaceflight will remain bright. This includes new companies that are seeking to disrupt the way things are done, as well as established organizations looking to evolve and adapt as the requirements for meeting the needs of customers change. I help organizations – whether government, commercial, or academic – achieve success with innovative space mission design and spacecraft solutions.
